Construction Fences To Be "Wrapped"

By Kristin Stepneski

To help Fayetteville Street’s image during construction, Charter Square Developers will place a wrap around the construction site.

City Council approved the idea Aug. 5, allowing the company to put a wrap on the construction fencing.

According to a press release, the wrap will promote the Charter Square project and provide a telephone number to obtain leasing information. The new wrap will be up before the Raleigh Wide Open 3 Celebration in downtown on Sept. 5-6.

Charter Square Developers is constructing an approximately $130 million mixed-use office, retail and residential complex on Fayetteville and Lenoir streets.

The City of Raleigh also will be "wrapping" the fencing around the City Plaza when work begins on the project in mid-September, according to a press release.
