Fayetteville man arrested for murder of teen

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Darren Tre Bridges, 19, of the 6700 block of Bone Creek Drive, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Dashaun Damone Kelly.

According to Fayetteville police, Bridges killed Kelly during a fight early Sunday morning.

Jerome Zhavard Robinson, 18, of the 1600 block of Winnabow Drive, and Elijah Rasheed Damon Gully, 18, of the 1800 block of Shiloh Drive, were charged with once count each of being an accessory after the fact to first degree murder, according to a release by Fayetteville police.

Police said Gully and Robinson helped Bridges elude capture after the arrest.

Bridges is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center without bail.

Bail for Gully and Robinson was set at $500,000 each.
