2 Raleigh men face multiple charges

RALEIGH, N.C. -

Two Raleigh men face multiple charges after robbing and threatening a man.

Kyle Stephen Anderson of Raleigh is accused of possessing an AK-47 which police say was stolen. Anderson had previously been convicted of a felony before possessing the assault rifle.

Anderson, 20, of Raleigh is charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to rob with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, assault with a deadly weapon.

Aaron Mitchell, 20, of Patriot Ridge Court in Raleigh is accused of attacking the same man and threatening his life the same day.

Mitchell is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to rob with a dangerous weapon and felony conspiracy.
