Fire damages house in Knightdale

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. -

A house in Knightdale could be a total loss following a fire Saturday afternoon, according to authorities.

The house, located at 1034 Robertson Street, was empty at the time of the fire, Eastern Wake Fire said. 

Captain Shane Gupton with Eastern Wake Fire said the fire was probably accidental when it started around 1 p.m. and the house is probably a total loss.
