Jonathan Broyhill, who is accused of killing Jamie Hahn in a stunning murder in Raleigh, is scheduled to be in a Wake County District Court Tuesday afternoon.
Broyhill is scheduled to appear in Courtroom 4D. He is charged with murder, attempted murder and felony assault with a deadly weapon. Broyhill remains at Central Prison.
Broyhill, 31, had been a longtime friend of Nation and Jamie Hahn, but is now accused of stabbing Jamie in April at her Tealwood Road home in Raleigh April 22. She died two days after the assault.
Amtrak services are delayed in Morrisville due to a freight trail derailment, authorities said.
