Raleigh Police arrest man on multiple child sex charges

RALEIGH, N.C. -
Raleigh police detectives have arrested a man accused of sex crimes over the past three years.
Police arrest and charged Thomas Arnold Flora, 31, with seven counts of various offenses, including sex offense with a child, which occurred between May 2010 and June 2013.
Flore is charged with the following crimes:
Indecent liberties with a child in relation to a May 16, 2010, incident on Deep Hollow Drive involving inappropriately suggestive remakes made to a 13-year-old female victim.
Second degree kidnapping in relation to a September 5, 2011, on Deep Hollow Drive, in which he attempted to kidnap a 12-year-old female victim.
Indecent exposure, indecent liberties with a child, and second degree kidnapping in relation to an April 4, 2012, incident on Deep Hollow Drive involving a 4-year-old female victim, in which he exposed himself, inappropriately touched the victim, and attempted to move the victim to another location.
Second degree kidnapping in relation to an August 13, 2012, incident in which he grabbed the arm of a six-year-old male victim.
Indecent exposure in relation to a June 17, 2013, incident in which he exposed himself to 35-year-old female victim.
