Police say Wendell man spit, kicked, threatened to kill

WENDELL, N.C. -

A Wendell man is charged with spitting at deputies and attempting to kick out the window of a patrol car, according to an arrest warrant.

Victor Earl Boose, 36, of Wendell is accused of spitting at deputies, kicking at the window and communicating threats Friday when police were looking to investigate a disturbance call at his residence.

According to warrant, Boose tried to pull away from deputies and took a fighting stance before they detained him.

The warrant said Boose threatened to kill the deputies once he was released from custody.
