RALEIGH, N.C. -

No one throws a party like the University of Iowa, at least according to a survey by the Princeton Review, and no school in North Carolina even made the top 10.

Iowa was No. 2 last year but soared to the top spot this year, according to a survey of 126,000 college students.

UC-Santa Barbara was No. 2, Illinois No. 3, West Virginia No. 4 and Syracuse No. 5.

Rounding out the top 10 were Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, Penn State and Lehigh.

The Princeton Review releases rankings on a variety of subjects but the list of the best party schools tends to get the most attention.

Brigham Young led the stone-cold sober schools - again.
