Sarah Ashley Rogers of Fayetteville has pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter, United States Attorney Thomas G. Walker said Thursday.
Rogers, 21, also pleaded guilty to one count of Driving While Impaired.
On Dec. 8, 2012, Rogers killed Fort Bragg soldier Richard Bradley Powell while driving with a blood alcohol content above the legal limit of .08.
