Federal Air Marshal busted on flight to Tampa

TAMPA, FL (WFLA) - A Federal Air Marshal faces charges for taking picture up women's dresses as they were boarding a Southwest Airlines flight.

The plane was headed to Tampa from Nashville Thursday. A passenger spotted 28-year-old Adam Bartsch taking inappropriate pictures with his cell phone.

The passenger told a flight attendant and authorities escorted Bartsch off the plane. Police say Bartsch later admitted to taking 10 to 12 photos and that this was the first time he's done that.

Bartsch is out of jail on bond. The TSA released a statement saying they're in the process of firing or suspending the marshal.
