The man convicted of killing a Bristol, Tennessee police officer is scheduled to be executed on April 22, 2014 at 7:10 p.m, according to the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
A Sullivan County jury convicted Nickolus Johnson of first-degree murder in April 2007 for killing police officer Mark Vance during a 2004 domestic violence call.
He's remained on death row ever since he was found guilty.
Earlier this year, the Tennessee Supreme Court affirmed Johnson's conviction.
