What You'll Need:
Peppermint candies or candy canes
First you'll want to grind up the peppermint candies or candy canes by putting them into the food processor. Or you can put them in a Ziploc bag and crush the candy by rolling a rolling pin over it.
Mix the crushed candy into your cool whip and serve with Pirouette cookies.
