FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

A woman who died in a traffic accident Tuesday afternoon in Fayetteville was identified Wednesday as Dmani Michelle Parker, 19, of Sampson Homes Street in Clinton.

Fayetteville Police said Parker was driving a 2004 Mazda SUV southbound on Country Club Drive when she lost control of the vehicle as she neared the intersection of McChoen Drive.

Her car crossed the center turn lane and struck a Waccamaw Transport Tanker traveling in the opposite direction driven by Joseph Randall Hunt, 56, of Clinton.

The Mazda SUV then sideswiped a 2003 Toyota driven by Martha Lennon, 85, of Fayetteville.

Parker was ejected from the Mazda and died at the scene.  Lennon was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.  Hunt was not injured.
