KDH man charged after fight gets out of hand

KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC - A Kill Devil Hills man is accused of firing shots after a fight got out of hand.

It happened Tuesday on Cambridge Road.

Officers say a fight between two men involved a firearm being discharged in the parking lot of the building complex. One of the men was taken to Outer Banks Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

They charged 33 year old James Morris Rose III with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill.  

The incident is still under investigation.
