(RNN) - Beyonce made a young terminally-ill fan's wish come true earlier this month during her Mrs. Carter World Tour in Las Vegas.
Diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, 12-year-old Taylon Davis, had just one dying wish - to dance with Beyoncé.
So the Grammy-award winning star teamed up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to make the young girl's wish a reality.
"I found out that I was coming to this concert a couple of days ago ... I'm having so much fun, I just can't wait to see Beyonce," Taylon said shortly before the concert started.
During the concert, Beyonce flew over the audience in a rig, found Taylon, and together they sang Love on Top, Taylon then danced to Survivor, a hit from Beyonce's Destiny Child days.
"Here's a little girl literally fighting for her life. Tomorrow's not promised, next week's not promised, but right now 'I'm here' and her thought that will forever stay with me is 'Since I'm here, I might as well live,' Ivy McGregor, of Philanthropy Program Partnerships said in the video posted on Beyonce's YouTube channel.
This isn't the only surprise Beyonce has given fans this holiday season.
On Dec. 13 the pop diva dropped Beyonce, a visual album on iTunes without any fanfare or announcements. The album went on to sell 617,000 copies in three days and broke sales records.
And shortly before Christmas, Beyonce surprised Walmart shoppers by offering $50 gift certificates.
