RALEIGH, N.C. -

WNCN teamed up with N.C. State football greats Torry and Terrence Holt to benefit children with parents affected by cancer.

The brothers' charity, Holt Brothers Foundation, hosted a Holt Brothers Playoff Party on Sunday at Vaughn Towers at Carter-Finley Stadium. The party coincided with the AFC and NFC championship games and will feature surprise guests from the world of football.

Popular WNCN anchor Pam Saulsby sang during halftime of the event. The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders were also available for photo opportunities.

Local brewery Lonerider Brewing Company provided the food and beverages.

All proceeds will benefit the Holt Brothers Foundation's support of two local charities: Camp Kesem and Kids Can! Each charity supports children who have had parents affected by cancer.  The Holts' mother, Ojetta, died of cancer in 1996.

Torry Holt was an All-America receiver for the Wolfpack and won a Super Bowl with the St. Louis Rams. Terrence Holt played defensive back for the Wolfpack and played with the Detroit Lions, Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints.
