KINSTON, N.C. - One of the two suspect identified by Kinston police in the Sunday January 12th armed robberies at the "Wok-N-Roll" and "Kings BBQ" restaurants has turned himself in.

Police say 22-year-old Bobby R. Jackson turned himself in Wednesday night. He's charged with 3 counts of Robbery With a Dangerous Weapon, 2 counts of conspiracy and 1 count of 2nd Degree Kidnapping. He's in the Lenoir County Jail under a $750,000 secured bond.

23-year-old Jamal Ndelti is still wanted by police for his role in the robberies.

Officers say the pair robbed the "Wok-N-Roll" on N. Heritage Street at about 5:30 p.m. January 12th.  About an hour later, officers responded to the robbery at "Kings BBQ" on Highway 70.  Ndelti should be considered armed and dangerous.

He's wanted for three counts of armed robbery, two counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and second-degree kidnapping.  If you know where Ndelti is, call Kinston Public Safety.
