RALEIGH, N.C. -

Raleigh Police say a construction worker was killed Thursday when he fell from the fifth floor of an apartment complex.

Officers were dispatched to a construction site at 5741 Goodstone Dr., near Louisburg and Spring Forest roads, around 11:05 a.m. Thursday.

Police say Gabriel Andrade, 30, fell from ffolding that was about five stories high. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no indications that foul play was involved in Andrade's death, police said.

The N.C. Department of Labor is leading the follow-up investigation.
