HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. -

A Holly Springs woman who is a teacher's assistant at Yates Mill Elementary School is accused of cyber-stalking and cyberbullying after she created a Twitter account to harass an ex-boyfriend, according to a search warrant.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office says Catherine Sartain opened a Twitter account under the name Bob Smith, @Bobbaseball1234, on Aug. 11, 2013 to harass an ex-boyfriend and his family after the couple broke up.

According to a search warrant of Twitter account, Sartain, under the Twitter handle @Bobbaseball1234,  posted things about her ex-boyfriend's daughter, such as the clothes she was wearing and that he was in love with her.

Sartain opened a second account, @kevineubanks44, on Dec. 1, 2013 to continue harassing the family.

The search warrant claims Sartain placed gay tweets that were not true. She also posted tweets about the ex-boyfriend's daughter placing ads for sex on Craigslist. As a result, several people showed up to the victim's address looking for sex with the 17-year-old girl.

Sartain was arrested on Jan. 30 and posted bond two hours later. She is expected in court on March 13.

A spokeswoman for Wake County Public School System confirmed that Sartain had been a teacher assistant at Yates Mill since 2000 and is currently suspended with pay.
