FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

East Carteret was never really threatened in rolling past Plymouth 82-63 in the Thursday night's first 1A Eastern Regional semifinal.

Jacque Brown and Trevor Willis each scored 18 points. The unbeaten Mariners improve to 30-0 on the season.

Wallace-Rose Hill slipped by Trask 73-69 in Thursday's second semifinal. Walker Imwalle scored 20 points to lead the Bulldogs. Rasheed Brown led all scorers with 30 points in a losing cause.

That sets up Saturday's Eastern 1A Finals as unbeaten East Carteret meets Wallace-Rose Hill for that berth in the state championship game.
