ECU-Tulane baseball series altered

GREENVILLE, N.C. -

East Carolina officials have announced that the Conference USA weekend series between East Carolina and Tulane scheduled for this weekend at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium has been altered due to potential forecast of inclement weather in the area Sunday afternoon.

The Pirates and the Green Wave will play doubleheader Saturday with game one starting at 1 p.m. (ET) followed by game two approximately 45 minutes later. Friday's series opener is still scheduled for a 6 p.m. first pitch.

Individuals that purchased Sunday game ticket(s) will be able to use those for entry into both games of the doubleheader Saturday afternoon. Tickets can be purchased in advance on line at ECUPirates.com or at the Clark-LeClair Ticket Office starting at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Saturday has been designated as Military Appreciation Day with any veteran, active service member and their families receiving admission for $2.

Revised Schedule:

Game 1: Friday, March 14 (6 p.m.)
Game 2: Saturday, March 15 (1 p.m.)Game 3: Saturday, March 15 (approximately 45 minutes after first Saturday game)
