2nd suspect wanted in connection with murder outside Durham church

DURHAM, N.C. -

Police are searching for a second suspect in connection witha fatal shooting last month in front of a Durham church.

Police say 23-year-old Arsenio Jarmal Lamberth is wanted inconnection with the Feb. 26 murder of Kourtney Krista Dawson on Holloway Streetnear North Guthrie Avenue.

Over the weekend, Lamberth's brother, 21-year-old DominiqueZavier Lamberth, was arrested in Louisburg on the same charges.

Police say the Lamberths were robbing a man of $20 on Feb.26 when the victim jumped into a vehicle and drove away. Shots were fired atthe car and one of the bullets struck Dawson outside Antioch Baptist Church.She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both brothers are charged with murder, robbery with adangerous weapon, two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle,possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and assault with a deadly weaponwith intent to kill.
