Garner police offering reward in 2012 homicide

GARNER, N.C. -

The Garner Police Department is offering a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder of Latoya McNeil in Nov. 2012.

Police said McNeil, 31, was killed in the parking lot of the Delmont Apartments at 207 Johnson Street Nov 30, 2012. McNeil's mother, Angela Harding, 48, was wounded in the incident, police said.

Witnesses said two black males were seen fleeing the scene on foot, according to Garner police.
