HAWKINS COUNTY, TN (WJHL) - Three people were arrested for selling drugs out of an apartment within 1,000 feet of a public park in Hawkins County.

Bobby Eugene Grayson, Joy Denise Harmon, and Christopher Jason Houston were arrested Friday at an apartment in the Stoneybrook Apartment complex in Church Hill.

According to the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office, deputies found Subutex pills, a syringe loaded with melted down Oxycodone, other drug paraphernalia, several hand written drug ledgers, and a substantial amount of cash in the apartment.

Grayson and Harmon are charged with Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Dwelling where Narcotics are Housed or Sold. They are both being held at the Hawkins County Jail on $75,000 bond.

Houston is charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held in the Hawkins County Jail without bond due to not providing a home address.

The apartment also fell into the Tennessee Drug-Free School Zone Enhancement Act, since it is within 1,000 feet of Church Hill's A.S. Derrick Park.
