Fayetteville walk raises money, awareness for MS

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Hundreds turned out for Walk MS in Fayetteville on Sunday.

The walk seeks to raise awareness and money for those with multiple sclerosis.

More than 14,600 people live with MS in the Carolinas, and funds raised through Walk MS events support programs and research.

Sunday's event was emceed by WNCN's Brandon Herring. It was one of nine Walk MS events held across North Carolina in March and April.
