The North Carolina Central men's basketball team that won the MEAC title and reached the NCAA Division I Tournament for the first time will be honored by the Durham Bulls Thursday at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

At approximately 6:45 p.m., the Eagles will be on the field to be honored for their historic hardwood season, which included the program’s first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament championship and NCCU’s first appearance in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament.

NCCU men’s basketball head coach LeVelle Moton will throw out the ceremonial first pitch, while the game’s official first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
