Update: Greenville property damage suspect in custody

GREENVILLE, N.C. - Greenville police arrest 24-year-old suspect following a series of property damage in April.

They say 24-year-old Clayton Lamm is responsible for destroying personal property last month over one weekend night including puncturing tires in the Chilis parking lot on Evans Street.

Lamm is charged with several counts of injury to personal and real property but one count of assault with a deadly weapon.

Greenville police asking for the public's help in identifying the man they say punctured tires and destroyed property over the weekend.

They say a male suspect punctured the tires of customers at the Chili's Restaurant on Evans Street Saturday night.

Police believe he then walked over to Barnes and Nobles and knocked books off the shelves before heading to South Feet Shoes where he knocked over a shoe display.  Police also believe this same suspect broke windows at the Artisans Store and Oasis De Esperanza Church.
