TAMPA, FL (WFLA) - Gregory James Galvin or simply Galvin as the listeners of The Mike Calta Show on WHPT 102.5 The Bone know him, was arrested in Tampa late Tuesday. He was charged with unlawful acts as a precursor to prostitution.

He was arrested during a Prostitution Reverse operation with three other men near El Rancho motel at 7100 N. Nebraska Ave. Tampa Police officers arrested him around 11 p.m., according to the police report.

TPD says they were doing a prostitution reverse at Nebraska and Flora Street as a result of citizen complaints. Police say Galvin circled around the block at least two times before pulling up and talking to the undercover officer.

According to TPD, while Galvin was attempting to negotiate a prostitution deal, he asked her to show her breasts to prove she wasn't a cop. When the undercover officer refused, he tried to take off and officers boxed him in.

Dominic Farielo, a Tampa Bay lawyer and a frequent guest on the Calta Show, is listed as Galvin's attorney on the arrest record.

Galvin was released Wednesday morning on a $250 bond.
