U.S. Open in Pinehurst sold out for Friday, Saturday

All tickets for the Friday round of the U.S. Open at Pinehurst, which will be held June 13, have been sold, the United States Golf Association announced Thursday.

The men’s Open is June 12-15 and the women’s Open is the following week at Pinehurst 2.

Some tickets for the men’s play on Thursday (June 12) and Sunday (June 15) remain on sale.

Available tickets for Thursday start at $110 per person, and the remaining tickets for Sunday’s fourth round are $135 each. Saturday, June 14, is sold out.

The U.S. Open has sold out for 27 consecutive years, the USGA said. More than 40,000 spectators are expected to attend during each championship round.

Each buyer is permitted to purchase up to four tickets for each day. All tickets include complimentary general parking and shuttle transportation to and from the championship entrance. Shuttle service from parking areas will begin each day at 5:30 a.m. and run continuously until the conclusion of play.
