Sensabaugh hosts football camp at Dobyns-Bennett

KINGSPORT, Tenn. -- We've seen plenty of athletes from the Tri-Cities achieve success at their sport's top level, and Saturday one of those came back to help the ones who are still dreaming.

Tennessee Titans' defensive back Coty Sensabaugh made it from Kingsport to the NFL, and he was trying to prepare that path for others Saturday.

For the second time, Sensabaugh hosted his kids football camp, a day after he came into town for the Titans Caravan. They estimated more than four hundred young athletes were there, and Sensabaugh had a simple message to share.

"I know growing up I had role models like Teddy Gaines and Gerald Sensabaugh, and they showed me that the NFL was possible," Sensabaugh said. "We were very close. We grew up together, so I knew it was obtainable with those guys. I just want to come back and give back to the community and give them the same vision that I had, whether it's sports or even if it's not sports, whatever you want to achieve you can do it as long as you believe in yourself and work hard and make sacrifices."

Sensabaugh had a host of pro and college football players there to help him, including another Dobyns-Bennett guy and current Tennessee Vol, Malik Foreman.
