SANFORD, N.C. -

The Harnett County Sheriff's Office said deputies busted a child porn ring being operated out of the home of a man who portrayed himself to be a mentor and babysitter.

Between Jan. 5 and June 24, deputies arrested five suspects in connection with a child pornography production ring that operated out of a Sanford home perceived to be a daycare.

Investigators say Bailey Joe Mills, 33, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of first-degree rape of a child, first-degree sexual exploitation of a child, statutory rape of a child, first-degree statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a child.

Mills was arrested after deputies received a tip that Mills contacted a 12-year-old girl on Facebook about paying her for sex.

Deputies who spoke with the girl said she revealed that Mills had sexual relations with her and she was shown homemade pornography at Mills' home that included another juvenile female in the video.

Investigators say Mills operated a daycare out of his home, portraying himself to be a tutor, mentor and babysitter.

Upon serving a search warrant at Mills' home on Nicole Drive in Sanford, investigators seized video and photographic of multiple juveniles being sexually assaulted by adult males and an adult female. Investigators say the victims were between 1 and 14 years old.

In addition to Mills' arrest, the investigation led to the arrest of Elizabeth Holland Mills, 34, of Sanford, on Jan. 10 on charges of second-degree sexual exploitation of a child, first-degree statutory sex offense with a child and indecent liberties with a child. She is being held on a $500,000 secured bond.

Rashawn Rodriguez Drake Jackson, 20, of Cameron, was arrested April 4 on charges of first degree sex offense with a child and felony conspiracy. He is being held on a $150,000 secured bond.

Jordan Everett Busse, 29, of Fayetteville, was arrested June 9 on charges of solicit child by computer for sex and felony conspiracy. He was released on a $75,000 secured bond.

And Tommy Keith Wall, 50, of Willow Spring, was arrested June 24 on charges of first-degree rape of a child, felony conspiracy and two counts of first-degree sex offense with a child. He is being held on a $1,000,000 secured bond.
