Step 1

Face whatever has wounded you.

Step 2

Lean into the pain. DO NOT run from the pain

Step 3

Ask God to send you a support system as you walk your healing journey.

Step 4

Remember, healing from abuse is a journey not a day trip

Step 5

As a Christian, I always recommend the Bible as the best source/guide of healing. That's how I found complete healing from abuse.
