GARNER, N.C. -

Police are searching for a man suspected of robbing a financial center inside a Garner Walmart.

Officers were dispatched to the Walmart Supercenter located at 4500 Fayetteville Rd. around 3:28 p.m. in response to a robbery.

Police said a man entered the Walmart MoneyCenter and passed a note demanding cash. Police said the man implied he had a weapon under his shirt.

Police said the man left the store in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured during the robbery.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Garner Police Department.
