UNC police investigate indecent exposure incident on campus

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -

Police at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred around noon Saturday on campus.

Police said a male in his late 20s-to-early 30s approached a female at bus stop on Manning Drive and exposed himself.

University police described the suspect as standing around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt with blue jeans. Police said he is bald or has closely-cropped hair.

Anyone with information which might aid in the investigation should call 9-1-1 or call CrimeStoppers at 919-942-7515. Calls to CrimeStoppers are confidential and anonymous, and the caller may be eligible for a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
